Harry Le Breton and Cameron Donaldson Shortlisted for Citywealth Future Leaders Awards
We are delighted to announce that two of VALLA’s team members, Harry Le Breton and Cameron Donaldson, have been shortlisted for the prestigious Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2025.
Harry has been nominated for Trust Officer of the Year, while Cameron is in the running for Trustee of the Year – Manager.
This recognition is a testament to their hard work, expertise, and the values that underpin our people-first culture at VALLA.

Meet our Nominees:
Harry Le Breton – Trust Officer of the Year (Shortlisted)
Harry joined VALLA in 2017 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. With a BSc (Hons) in Animal Science from the University of the West of England, Harry made a successful transition into financial services in 2016.
He began his career as a trainee administrator for a leading global fiduciary services provider, progressing to a client administrator role where he assisted on a large sovereign wealth fund.
At VALLA, Harry administers structures for high-net-worth individuals, managing assets ranging from yachts and property to investment portfolios. He has also completed the ICSA International Finance and Administration Level 5 Diploma, further demonstrating his commitment to professional development.
Harry is recognised not only for his technical expertise but also for his commitment to cultivating a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Harry said of the recent shortlist, “It’s nice to be recognised and even being shortlisted for this Award is a real plus. It also provides great awareness for VALLA to be shortlisted. To be recognised for the hard work we deliver for our clients every day is a great honour.”
Cameron Donaldson – Trustee of the Year – Manager (Shortlisted)
Cameron Donaldson has extensive experience in trust management and administration, working closely with high-net-worth clients to provide bespoke trust services in Jersey. He joined VALLA in 2015 and acts as a Trustee. In 2017, Cameron was awarded the STEP Jersey Student Award for the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management after achieving the joint highest mark in Jersey. In 2020, Cameron qualified as an Offshore Trust and Estate Practitioner for the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners. (STEP).
Cameron is recognised for his unwavering dedication to client service and his pivotal role in supporting our people-first culture. His leadership and commitment to excellence have earned him this well-deserved recognition as a future leader in the trust industry.
He actively participates in VALLA’s social club, organising and attending events that strengthen our team’s bonds both inside and outside the office.
Cameron said that it was a pleasant surprise to hear he had been shortlisted. He said, “I’m excited. It’s an excellent opportunity for us as a company to show that our team are being recognised for an external award. I’ve not been a manager for very long, so this is a great achievement to receive.”
